# Exploring the Relationship between Team Diversity, Psychological Safety and Team Performance: Evidence from Pharmaceutical Drug Development

Examines how psychological safety mediates the relationship between team diversity and performance in pharmaceutical drug development. Found that PS is a prerequisite for diversity to translate into better outcomes — diverse teams with low PS underperformed homogeneous ones.
