# Psychological Flexibility

*Jade Garratt · Individual & Wellbeing, Interpersonal Practice*

Distinguishes psychological flexibility (an ACT-based individual capacity) from psychological safety (a group phenomenon). Uses a library story to show that safety cannot be retroactively applied — and that reaching for PS as a frame for every interpersonal discomfort misrepresents both concepts.
