# Imposter Syndrome

Argues imposter syndrome is not an individual pathology but a structural response to exclusionary systems. Draws on Tulshyan and Burey to show how confidence is falsely equated with competence in male-biased contexts — and how 'treating' imposter syndrome locates the problem in the wrong place.
