# PS, Inclusion & Politics

Argues psychological safety and inclusion are inseparable — a team is only as safe as the least safe person, and those least safe are disproportionately those already marginalised. Uses the Paradox of Tolerance and the Basecamp case to examine the political limits of PS rhetoric.
