# PS in Diverse Groups

Examines the foundations of psychological safety in diverse groups. Argues that standard PS approaches default to dominant cultural and neurological norms, and that designing for diversity requires explicitly challenging those defaults — in communication styles, facilitation formats, and what 'speaking up' means.
