Making it Safe: The Effects of Leader Inclusiveness and Professional Status on Psychological Safety and Improvement Efforts in Health Care Teams

Examined how leader inclusiveness moderates the relationship between hierarchical status and psychological safety in neonatal intensive care units. Found that PS mediates the relationship between inclusiveness and quality improvement engagement — particularly for lower-status workers.
